Donald Maita has been originating residential mortgage loans since 1991, when he became a founding partner of NJ Lenders Corp. As Chief Executive Officer of NJLC he assists with the day to day running of the business, along with dealing with clients and their individual residential mortgage loan needs. During his tenure, he has originated over 1 billion dollars of residential mortgage loans in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Bergen County mortgages and Ho-Ho-Kus mortgages are his primary specialties.

Donald has the expertise and knowledge to help you determine the absolute best mortgage loan program to meet your financial objectives. He attends regional and national conferences to be on the forefront of changes in the mortgage industry. His hard work has helped build the company into one of the largest independently owned mortgage banking companies in the Tri-State area. He is also a licensed mortgage banker in the state of New Jersey, holding an active New Jersey Real Estate Brokers license, along with real estate licenses in New York and Florida. It is this common licensing and knowledge that helps him understand the mortgage loan process from all sides of the transaction. Donald received his BA from Villanova University.

Donald currently resides in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ, a Bergen County town.
